Rules to follow while working for Thomson Tremblay Inc.

- Punctuality: Be sure to come on time and advise us if you are going to be late arriving
at work; call your consultant’s office

- Reliability: Advise the agency of your lateness in reason of sickness, medical
appointments etc. Do not call client directly.
We have a 24 hour telephone service, 365 days; you have access to the agency at all
times by calling (514) 8 6 1 - 9 9 7 1

- If you cannot find your way to work, please do not return home but call us
immediately and we will give you the proper travel instructions to get to the location

- If you must fill a time sheet on order to be paid, make sure that it is properly filled and
that we will receive it at 5 P.M. the latest on the following Monday

Your cheque will be ready at 12:00 P.M. (noon) on Friday and you will be able to
pick it up until 8 P.M. at the employee entrance via Stanley Street:
(Peel metro - Stanley exit) Then, turn right on Stanley Street, cross De Maisonneuve
and at the first lane, turn right you will see the Thomson Tremblay Inc. sign, follow
the indications to the door.

Any unclaimed cheque will be mailed at 8:00 P.M.

- If you prefer direct deposit option, send us a "specimen" cheque with your name,
address, social insurance number and your pay will be deposit in your account as follows:
If you deal with national bank - Friday;
If you deal with any other banking institution, it
will be deposited in your account on Monday at the latest

- If you are not working, please contact your consultant at least twice a day to check if a
position has become available

- Do not forget to advise us of your change of address or telephone number

- Finally, advise us if you are no longer available
